DH makes me wait until after Thanksgiving to go into Christmas mode. Externally that is. I start hearing Christmas carols in my head and visualizing how I'll decorate right around the time I'm packing away the Halloween stuff.
Our tree is up and ready to be decorated. Hopefully we'll get the lights up on the outside of the house sometime this week. Christmas cards (featuring our beloved River) are ready to start going out. I still have lots left to unpack and get set out though...
