St. Nick that is... I ordered DH's Christmas presents on the 15th from Amazon. They left the warehouse in Arizona on the 17th, due to arrive on the 22nd. Then it snowed. And snowed. And snowed. The morning of the 22nd I checked the package tracking and the status was "delivery delayed" due to "inclement weather or natural disaster."
You have no idea how happy I was this morning to see the UPS truck pull up while I was shoveling snow out of the driveway. I would have done a little dance, but it was slippery out. Christmas isn't canceled after all! Seriously, if those presents hadn't gotten here then River would have officially been receiving more presents than DH (which is sort of funny...unless you're DH).
Wait...did I mention that I hate shoveling snow? I do.
