Granddog

I was out with my mom this weekend when she ran into an old acquaintance. They were chit-chatting for a while when the other woman asks my mom, "Any grandchildren yet?" "No, not yet," my mom replies brightly, "but I have a granddog. A little black Lab." The woman gave my mom a conspiratorial smile, nodded and said, "My 'grandson' is a Burmese Mountain Dog."
